Bio

 

I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil and spent a part of my teenager years in a tennis court and fashion houses.

I started “Chef in High Heels” to share information about culinary and life style of that I think will bring gourmets  and all other interested fashionable people together encouraging them to enter into lively discussions.

 I work in the fashion and food business industry and always felt that there was a disconnection between us and the ‘outside world’.

I am keen on giving life again to all the years that I have spend a top stores as fashion assistant and buyer trainee.

I worked previously in contemporary and fine dining restaurants like Carlota, Payard, Michel Roux’ Celebrity Cruises Specialty signature restaurants which enabled me to attend the Three Star Michelin training at

Waterside Inn in Bray enjoying a real Haute Cuisine environment and feeling the power of Monsieur Roux’ presence. I also spent unforgettable days learning banquet and modern French cuisine at Grand Hyatt, Sao Paulo.

 I Hope this Blog will be the beginning of a respected and successful project and I am looking forward to many other new ventures to put my energy on…
